Representation
What working with us looks like
We are deliberately small. That means fewer clients, more attention and honest conversations about what is realistic and what is worth chasing.
What we look for
- Actors based in or able to work in the UK
- Trained or working actors with material we can send out
- A showreel, self tape or footage we can share with casting
- Availability and a clear idea of the work you want
We read every application. If you are early in your career and the work is there, say so - we are not only looking for long CVs.
What you get
- Submissions to casting for film, television, commercials and theatre.
- Contract and fee negotiation handled properly, in writing.
- Help shaping your package - headshots, reel, Spotlight, self tapes.
- Commission only. No joining fee, no monthly fee, no charge for advice.

03

An honest conversation about your goals, your material and what representation with us would look like in practice.
04
Represent
We build your package, get you in front of the right casting rooms and stay in contact between jobs.
Questions
Before you apply
- Do you charge to join?
- No. We never charge joining fees, subscription fees or admin fees. We work on commission only, agreed in writing before anything is signed.
- Do I need Spotlight?
- It helps, but it is not essential. If you are not on Spotlight yet, send a showreel or self tape link and tell us where you are in your training or career.
- Do I need professional headshots to apply?
- No. Send what you have. If we take you on and your images are not working hard enough, we will sort that out together.
- How long does a decision take?
- We read everything and reply to applications we want to take further within roughly four weeks. If you have not heard from us after that, we are not able to take you on this round.
- Can I apply again later?
- Yes. Credits, training and material change. If your work has moved on, apply again in six months.
