Bursary Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Ceeb Moz Headshot Bursary is open to actors only.
• Applicants must be first-time Ceeb Moz headshot clients — those who have not previously booked a session with us.
• Applications from other creative professions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

2. Deposit

• A £15 deposit is required to secure your bursary session.
• The deposit is forfeited if you do not attend your session, or if you cancel within the minimum cancellation window.
• The deposit can be used toward the purchase of your final edited images.
• The deposit can be claimed back (refunded) up to 7 days after we send you the unedited pictures gallery.
• Refund requests must be received via email within the 7-day window. After this period, refunds are no longer possible and the deposit can only be used as credit toward your final edited images.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Standard cancellation rules apply as per the main Ceeb Moz Terms & Conditions.
• Cancellations and rescheduling cannot be done through this platform. Please email us at hello@ceebmoz.com to make any changes to your booking.

4. Data Handling

Information provided in your bursary application is used solely to assess eligibility and manage your session. We do not share your personal data with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
