Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out how photography sessions are booked, delivered, and used at Ceeb Moz Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a session, attending a session, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Bookings & Sessions

2.1 Booking Requirement

All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or an agreed booking method.

2.2 Session Duration

Sessions are typically one hour long, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

2.3 Booking Confirmation

Session details, inclusions, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.

2.4 Punctuality

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their session. Late arrival may result in a reduced session length and does not entitle the client to a refund or extension, as sessions must run according to the studio schedule.

3. Services Offered

3.1 Photography Services

Ceeb Moz provides professional studio photography services, including but not limited to:

Actor headshots
Individual and personal portraits
Professional and corporate headshots

3.2 Session Inclusions

Each booked session includes:

A studio photography session of the duration agreed at booking
Professional guidance during the shoot
One professionally retouched digital image included
Access to an image selection gallery following the session

3.3 Service Variations

Specific session details and deliverables may vary depending on the service selected and are confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Pricing & What's Included

4.1 Pricing Transparency

All prices are clearly displayed on our website or confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

4.2 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The deposit covers the photography session and one edited headshot.

4.3 Additional Images

Additional images are available for purchase at a separate fee, with pricing communicated in advance.

4.4 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to the following responsibilities when booking and attending a session with Ceeb Moz:

5.1 Timeliness
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrival may result in reduced session time and does not entitle the client to a refund or reschedule.

5.2 Preparation
Clients are responsible for their own wardrobe, grooming, and preparation unless otherwise agreed in advance.

5.3 Personal Belongings
Ceeb Moz Ltd is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the studio.

6. Payment

6.1 Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure the session date and time.
6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers. Ceeb Moz Ltd does not store or process full payment card details.
6.3 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

7.1 Rescheduling Requests

Clients may request to reschedule their session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time by contacting us by email.

7.2 Late Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session start time are not eligible for a refund, and rescheduling is not guaranteed.

7.3 No-Shows

If a client does not attend their session and provides no prior notice (a “no-show”), the booking will be forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

7.4 Discretionary Exceptions

Any rescheduling offered outside these terms is at the discretion of Ceeb Moz Ltd and does not constitute a waiver of these Terms.

7.5 Statutory Rights

Nothing in this section affects the client’s statutory consumer rights.

8. Image Selection & Delivery

Following your session:

You will receive access to a private gallery to view and select your images.
Selected images will be professionally edited in line with our standard retouching style.
Final images are delivered digitally within the timeframe communicated at or after your session.

9. Retouching

Retouching is carried out in a natural and professional style.

Temporary blemishes may be removed.
Permanent features are retained unless otherwise requested.
Requests for extensive or non-standard retouching may be declined or subject to additional charges.

10. Image Usage & Licensing

10.1 Copyright Ownership

Ceeb Moz Ltd retains the copyright to all photographs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10.2 Client Licence

By booking a session and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use delivered images for personal, professional, and self-promotional purposes, including websites, social media, and casting platforms.

10.3 Promotional Use by Ceeb Moz

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, clients also grant Ceeb Moz Ltd permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

10.4 Opt-Out of Promotional Use

Clients who do not wish for their images to be used for promotional or marketing purposes must notify Ceeb Moz Ltd in writing by email either prior to or following their session. Where an opt-out request is received, Ceeb Moz Ltd will not use the client’s images for promotional or marketing purposes from that point onwards.

11. Studio Access & Accessibility

Our studio offers step-free access and lift access.

Clients with specific access requirements are encouraged to contact us in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made. Further details are available in our Accessibility Statement.

12. Liability

12.1 Personal Property

While reasonable care is taken at all times, Ceeb Moz Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items brought into the studio.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version in force at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
