3. Bookings & Payments
3.1 Booking Confirmation
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (amount specified during booking).
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept:

• Credit/debit cards

• Bank transfers

• Approved online payment platforms

3.3 Pricing
All prices are in GBP (£) and available on our website or confirmed during booking.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
4.1 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session as many times as needed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes can be made via your account or the “Manage Your Booking” link in your confirmation email.
4.2 Late Changes or No-Shows

• Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

• No-shows or cancellations without notice may be charged the full session fee.

4.3 Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of payments made.
5. Delivery & Retouching
5.1 Delivery Timeline

• Preview images: Delivered within 7–10 business days after your session

• Final retouched images: Delivered within 14 business days after your selections are made

5.2 Additional Edits
Extra retouching outside of your package is available for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.
6. Image Usage & Copyright
6.1 Ownership
All images captured by CEEB MOZ LTD remain the intellectual property of the company and are protected under copyright law.
6.2 Client Licence
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered images for personal and professional purposes such as casting submissions, social media, websites, and printed portfolios.
6.3 Restrictions
You may not resell, license, or make significant alterations to the images without our written consent.
6.4 Promotional Use
We may use select images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, portfolio, social media). If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 Timeliness
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or rescheduling without refund.
7.2 Preparation
You are responsible for your own wardrobe, grooming, and preparation unless otherwise arranged in advance.
7.3 Personal Belongings
We are not liable for the loss or damage of personal items during your session.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or reputation.
8.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness, technical failures, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect upon publication.
